What if I accidentally enter a wrong number when I am setting up my account on the website?


It will verify each number you enter.  When you enter a number, a message prompt will ask you to review and confirm your number before allowing you to save and submit as a way to ensure you are putting in the right number.  If you still feel you mistakenly entered the wrong number and verified the wrong number, contact CFS.  When you receive your next bill, it’s important that you review your calls made to make sure that you are not being billed for my5 contact numbers.  If you have any questions regarding your bill or my5, please contact our CFS Department by dialing 611 from your i wireless phone or 1-888-550-4497.
